CBSE has released the schedule for obtaining scanned copies of evaluated answer books, verification of marks/issues, and re-evaluation for the Senior Secondary Examination -XII (2025–26).

ALL THE PROCEDURES MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE BY THE PARENTS/STUDENTS THEMSELVES. THE SCHOOL WILL HAVE NO ROLE OR RESPONSIBILITY IN THIS PROCESS.

1. Obtaining Scanned Copy of Evaluated Answer Book
•    Application Dates: 19.05.2026 to 22.05.2026 (up to 11:59 PM)
•    Fee: ₹700 per subject

2.  A) Verification of Marks / Issues Observed    B) Re-evaluation
•    Application Dates: 26.05.2026 to 29.05.2026 (up to 11:59 PM)
•    Fees:
o    ₹500 per answer book for verification of issues observed
o    ₹100 per question for re-evaluation
o    
Note: Online processes can also be completed on holidays.

Students and parents are advised to carefully check all details before submitting applications. CBSE will verify the information provided, and the final decision of CBSE shall be final and binding.

Students of Class XII (Batch 2025–2026) are informed that Transfer Certificate (TC) can be applied for and collected from the school office on 16 May 2026 and 18 May 2026 Time: 09:00 am to 12:30 PM.

Please note:

* Only students who have clearly passed the Class XII Board Examination can apply for TC.
* TC fee is ₹500/-.
* Payment will be accepted through online mode only.
* Students should collect the TC before summer vacation.
* After 18 May 2026, TC will be issued only after the school reopens on 22 June 2026.

प्रिय अभिभावक/विद्यार्थीगण,

कक्षा 12वीं (बैच 2025–2026) के विद्यार्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि वे अपना ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट (TC) 16 मई 2026 एवं 18 मई 2026 को विद्यालय कार्यालय से आवेदन करके प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

कृपया निम्नलिखित निर्देशों का पालन करें:

• केवल वे विद्यार्थी जिन्होंने कक्षा 12वीं बोर्ड परीक्षा स्पष्ट रूप से उत्तीर्ण की है, वही TC के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• TC शुल्क ₹500/- है।
• भुगतान केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से स्वीकार किया जाएगा।
• विद्यार्थियों से अनुरोध है कि ग्रीष्मकालीन अवकाश से पहले अपना TC प्राप्त कर लें।
• 18 मई 2026 के बाद TC विद्यालय खुलने पर 22 जून 2026 से ही दिया जाएगा।
