Admission Policy
Prospectus and registration forms for the admission to the LKG will be available at the school office. A child who has completed four years as on 1st April of the year of admission. There will not be any entrance examination. However at the time of admission both the parents should be present.
The candidates appearing for identification should be accompanied by both the parents and not by any other relatives.
The date and time of identification are intimated (see the interaction slip) at the time of submitting the duly filled in registration form.
The see the interaction slip is to be shown at the time of identification. Kindly bring the Birth Certificate in original.
The school authorities reserve all rights of admitting any child to the school. They are not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular child.
For admission to higher classes, is based on vacancies available to each class and admission is given on the basis of student aptitude, test given, priority to transfer cases. However in respect of admission, the decision of principal is final and binding.
Requirements for Registration
Class LKG
A child who has completed four year as on 1st April of the year of admission.
✅ Date of birth certificate
✅ Baptism Certificate from the parish (in the case of Christian children)
✅ Birth Certificate from the competent authority, such as Panchayat, Mahanagarpalika and Nagarpalika.
❌ No other certificate from whatever source it be, will be accepted.
✅ The child who seeks admission must be accompanied by the parents.
✅ Passport size photographs to be affixed on the application form and the slip for interaction.
Interaction
An interaction with the child applying for admission shall be taken on the date informed.
1️⃣ Children brought for the interaction shall be able to
✅ Recognize and recite English Alphabets
✅ Recognizes and recite Hindi Alphabets
✅ Recognize and count numbers 1 – 20
✅ Recognize colours, flowers, animals, birds and fruits.
1️⃣ Answer questions smartly and intelligently
The INTEREST and AVAILABILITY of the parents in helping the child will be specially counted in the selection of children for admission.
Class XI
Admissions to class XI is not automatic for the candidates who passed Class X Examinations, even from this institution. There are three streams offered: Mathematics, Biology and Commerce. The Groups will be decided on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in the subjects in the CBSE Board Exam. Students are selected to Class XI on the basis of
1️⃣ Their consistently good academic performance in classes IX and X.
2️⃣ A minimum of 70% marks in the Half Yearly and Pre- Board Examination of Class X.
3️⃣ Good Conduct behavior and other qualities.
4️⃣ At least B grade awarded in the SUPW.
5️⃣ Having minimum of 80% attendance in classes IX and X.
6️⃣ At least 75% (for the students of this institution) and 80% (for the students from other institutions) of marks in each subject opted for the Course.
Duly filled Registration forms shall be submitted in the office of the school within the stipulated time along with the following requirements.
Attested copies of
1️⃣ Statement of Marks of CBSE – Exams.
2️⃣ Progress Report of Class X Pre-Board.
3️⃣ Character Certificate from the school last attended or Xerox copy of Transfer Certificate.
In other Classes
(Subject to the availability of seats)
🔴 Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
🔴 Birth Certificate from the school where the student is studying.
🔴 Passport size photographs of the student to be affixed on the application form and the slip for interaction.
🔴 The parents of the students shall necessarily be present to submit the application form in the school.
🔴 Photocopy of the annual examination report card of the class in which the student is studying shall be submitted at the time of the written Test.
🔴 Application for classes above VI will be entertained if the pupil is from a recognized English Medium School.
🔴 The transfer certificate, in that case, must be counter signed by the competent authority.
🔴 A written test and an interaction with the candidate will be held.
🔴 Written test will be held in all subjects applicable for the class and general knowledge.
🔴 Admission will be taken on the basis of merit.
Please Note:
1️⃣ The list of the children selected for admission will be published on the school notice board on the date given.
2️⃣ The parent shall collect the fee pay in slip from the school office and deposit the first installment of the fees at the time of admission.
3️⃣ Admission of the selected children shall be taken on the assigned days. Those who fail to respond shall forfeit their chance.
4️⃣ Certificate and Reposts: The following documents are essential at the time of admission.
♦️TRANSFER CERTIFICATE from the school last attended.
♦️ Mark List (Report Card in original)
♦️ Medical Fitness Certificate: the fitness must be certified by a qualified physician.
♦️ Tow passport – size photographs of child and one passport size photo of parents.
1️⃣ The presence of the parents of the student to be admitted is compulsory at the time of admission. No representation will be accepted.
2️⃣ School takes no responsibility for the promise of admission guaranteed by anyone except the principal.
3️⃣ Incomplete form will be rejected. Photocopy of form will not be accepted. The registration is NOT TRANSFERABLE.
4️⃣ Date of Birth once registered cannot be altered (as per U.P.G.O No. 1101/1(5)]
